What gets me about these is the compositions. How Casey Chappell used the shapes of the equipment to give her some amazing shots.
I love the group shots here.
And what kid doesn’t love big tractors?[blogshow id=c287 player=0 autoplay=0 toolbar=1]
“I know as a photographer it’s easy to be intentional when it comes to scouting out locations and coming up with new ideas for our clients, however we should do that just as much with our own kiddos. And sometimes an amazing location is right in front of us, we just have to make it happen. Much like this tractor based shoot I did with my four little ones. My husband’s work was undergoing construction and every time we would drop him off the kids would go crazy over all the tractors there. So I got this crazy idea to shoot them up there. So we headed up there one evening when the work day had ended and construction crews had called it a day. You should have seen the kids, they were SO excited to see the tractors up close.
I shot this with my 5D classic. Shot all with 50mm 1.2L. Edited with VSCO. ”
